NOTE TO ANDREA B.

Hi Andrea, early on in this class we were told we could use our own style and or format for our blog posts (what made sense to me.) So far, i hope my style has been acceptable and usable. Part of my reasoning for 'citing' the material or typing what i''ve read/learned on the IRIS tutorials, is 2 things, evidence of reading the material, and also a digital 'homework NOTES', if you will, so i can reference what i've learned digitally, instead of the usual hamdwritten on paper notes i have kept in manila folders at home. earlier i had wondered if this constituted 'plagiarism' since i was quoting someone elses work (like notes out of a textbook), or is this method ok (without citations)... i know the difference or more specifically the requirement of 'citing' sources first hand since i took english composition (essay writing) in my first term here @ Clark, in summer 09. If neee be (reply to) shortypas@hotmail.com (my primary e-mail) thanx :)) Larry Bernal
